My Mission

To help companies, veterans, communities, and society understand each other better.

After 16 years in international business and service on the front lines, I created a series of training programs that connect three worlds — business, government, and the veteran community.
These programs foster cooperation, respect, and growth — personal, professional, and social.

My own veteran journey has shaped practical approaches that benefit not only companies and veterans but also local communities and society as a whole.

For Business — Training programs for HR professionals and leaders that help create veteran-friendly workplaces built on trust, understanding, and inclusion.

For Veterans — Educational programs and mentoring for those seeking their new path after military service, helping veterans unlock their potential, find purpose, and start their own businesses.

For Government and Social Institutions — Training for teams working with veterans and communities to strengthen empathy, awareness, and effective collaboration.

About Me
Volunteer, combat veteran, and person with a war-related disability.
Trainer at the Kyiv-Mohyla School of Professional and Continuing Education, founder of the veteran-owned business Mandry in UA, and winner of more than 10 grant programs for veteran initiatives.
16 years of experience in international corporations (Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, METRO, ZAKAZ.UA).
In 2024, I founded a veteran-owned business with a social mission — to open a new direction in Ukrainian tourism and help fellow veterans in their recovery and reintegration.
